Mike Cottman
Executive Chairman
Mike has an extensive background in marketing having worked for companies such as Mars Confectionery and the Field Marketing & Consultancy Group which was taken public in 1996 by reversing it into a Canadian marketing services company, the Mosaic Group Inc ("MGI"). During the next five years as, initially, Chief Executive for European Operations and then, more latterly, as President & Chief Operating Officer of the Group, Mike was part of the senior executive team responsible for taking MGI from a small Canadian marketing services company trading on the Canadian Dealer Network, to a Toronto Stock Exchange company which traded in 14 different countries, with a market capitalisation in excess of C$2 billion, revenues of C$1 billion and an operating profit of approximately C$100 million. He retired from this company at the time of the millennium and now has a small number of private investments which he has interests in.
Eric Anstee
Non-Executive Director
Eric is a Chartered Accountant and was until the end of 2006 the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. Prior to that Eric was the Chief Executive Officer of Old Mutual Financial Services plc, the South African Life Assurance and Asset Management business. He has been Chief Financial Officer of three FTSE 100 companies, Old Mutual plc, The Energy Group plc and Eastern Electricity plc. He is a current Non-Executive Director of The Financial Reporting Council Limited, Insight Investments, the Asset Management wing of HBOS, and he is a member of the Takeover Panel Appeals Board. His early career was as a partner at Ernst & Young until 1993.
Eric joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director and has acted as the Group's Temporary Finance Director in a part time capacity following the resignation of Simon Elms who stepped down from the Board on 12 April 2007.
Dominic Brookman
Chief Executive Officer
Dominic joined the group following the acquisition of Screen Media Networks Limited on 13 March 2008. He was one of the first people in the UK to establish out of home digital media networks. These included "Thomas Cook electronic Windows", "Theme Park TV" and finally he founded the Screen Media business in 2006 which predominantly provided digital advertising media to theme parks. Prior to his involvement in out of home media Dominic had held sales and management roles with Reuters, Dow Jones Telerate, Yellow Pages and Quintek Retail Systems.
Dominic focuses his efforts on ensuring the success of the business plan and on developing new potential markets for the Group's product range of services.

Tim Ritson
Tim has over 20 years experience in the adverting/media sector - his key expertise is business development/marketing/strategic planning - with a proven track record in the advertising agency world working with major FMCG brands in the UK including Dolmio, Cussons, Cadbury and SC Johnson. In the last 5 years Tim has been one of the pioneering figures of the 'out of home' digital media sector having been a founding member of MDM TV (Match Day Media) and more recently helping develop digital media in the theme park sector. Among Tim's core expertise is strategic planning and media sales.
