Welcome to the Investor Relations section of the Vision Media Group International PLC web site.
Vision Media Group (International) plc (VMG) is the merged entity of ScreenFX Plc and Screen Media Networks Limited. The group will form a single outdoor media contractor that combines both traditional outdoor media and digital signage.
VMG's media portfolio reflects the companies core belief in blending traditional outdoor advertising and leading edge digital signage technology – as a result our portfolio is divided in to two vertical sectors covering roadside '6-sheet' panels and city centre large format banner sites and within our digital signage division we currently operate in 24 shopping malls including Trafford Centre, Arndale Centre and Lakeside. In addition, we operate all digital media in the UK's leading theme parks including Alton Towers, Thorpe Park and Chessington World of Adventures.
