ScreenFX plc ( AIM:SFX), the digital advertising and communications specialist, today announces the following Board changes are implemented with immediate effect. Eric Anstee joins the Board as a non-executive director and will act as the Company's temporary Finance Director whilst a replacement is recruited (a process he will personally oversee) for Simon Elms who has stepped down from the Board and as an employee of the Company.
Eric is a Chartered Accountant and was until the end of 2006 the CEO of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. Prior to that he was CEO of Old Mutual Financial Services plc, the South African Life Assurance and Asset management business. He has been Chief Financial Officer of three FTSE 100 companies, Old Mutual plc, The Energy Group plc and Eastern Electricity plc. He is a current non-executive director of Insight Investments, the Asset Management wing of HBOS, and he is a member of the Takeover Panel Appeals Board. His early career was as a partner at Ernst & Young until 1993.
Eric Anstee, aged 56, has been a Director of the following companies and organisations during the past five years:

Eric Anstee was a director of the following companies which went into liquidation:
i) Maltby Engineering Limited entered into receivership and liquidation in 1999 and was wound up in 2000; and
ii) Direct Print Communications Limited entered into liquidation in 2003 and was wound up in 2005. The assets of Direct Print Communications was bought by Fernco Limited in 2003, a company in which Eric Anstee was a majority shareholder until 2006.
There is no other information that requires disclosure under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AiM Rules.
David Moore, Chief Operating Officer, has also stepped down from the Board and as an employee of the Company. Commenting on these board changes, Mike Cottman , Executive Chairman of ScreenFX, said: " The Board is particularly pleased to welcome Eric as our first new non-executive director under the new leadership team. Eric brings with him a wealth of valuable experience, both of the City and also public company life, from his time spent at Old Mutual, The Energy Group and Eastern Electricity. Eric's arrival is part of an overall strategic drive to ensure the correct corporate governance processes are in place within our business and to take the Company to the next stage of its development which I shall personally drive and oversee.

MallFX – a division established in 2004 that provides digital advertising solutions to UK premium shopping malls. Current portfolio includes 41 'super malls' which yields a footfall in excess of 740 million consumers per annum.
TrainFX – established in 2005, this is a new division designed for transport sector media, providing state of the art technology for premium marketing opportunities on commuter trains.
HealthFX – a new division, established in 2006 that targets the health sector, both public and private, and addresses the need for more modern methods of communication with patients, provides patient information and communication systems.
BigFX – established in 1999, this division provides large format out of home poster and banner advertising media space.
LiveFX – a specialist provider of creative marketing and content services to both internal operating divisions and external clients.
