Further to the announcement of 11 June 2008, Vision Media Group (International) plc (AIM:VMG), the outdoor media contractor, confirms that its non-executive Director, Eric Anstee, has now increased his total interest (either directly or indirectly) in Ordinary Shares of the Group’s issued share capital by a further 571,429 shares as set out below:
