The Company was informed on 4 January 2007 that Herald Investment Trust plc (HIT) received 71,428,571 ordinary shares in ScreenFX as a result of the placing. HIT now has a holding of 115,584,127 ordinary shares. This represents approximately 5.49 per cent. of the issued ordinary shares (based on shares in issue of 2,103,596,067). The shares are held under BNY (OCS) Nominees Limited.
