31 January 2008 Change of Company Name
ScreenFX PLC (AIM: SFX), announces that the Company has changed its name to Vision Media Group (International) plc ("VMG").
The change follows shareholder approval, at the ScreenFX EGM held on 28 December 2007, of the acquisition of Screen Media Networks Limited.
The change of name will become effective for trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on 1 February 2008 with the new EPIC of VMG. On that date, the Company's website address will change to www.visionmediagroupplc.com. The new website is fully compliant with Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
Mike Cottman, Executive Chairman of VMG, said: "We are delighted that the merger of ScreenFX and Screen Media Networks has now been completed and that the enlarged group, under the new name of Vision Media Group, will commence trading on AIM. This transaction makes both strategic and commercial sense as we take the Company to the next stage of its development."
